Not sure who this post is for or what small audience even comprehends it, but…
Fleet Farm, Kwik Trip & Culver’s are Wisconsin’s version of HEB, Buc-ee’s and Whataburger.
@trygraptor Unfortunately this scene had to be re-scored by another composer because Eric Serra’s original soundtrack was so bad and lacked energy. It wasn’t an intentional choice by the composer, he just made a weak score that lacked the Bond theme.
My mom got such a kick out of seeing her 16 year old son get so excited after opening a mega-pack of batteries. I was like an old man with a new tool from the hardware store. Sometimes it’s the simple things in life that give the most joy! 🔋
Every year since I got my first Xbox, a big package of AA batteries has always been a permanent item on my Christmas list. My family knows they’re like gold to a gamer, and I love them for always remembering each year. Currently working through this huge 48-pack from @BadgerBode
There's a whisper in the fields of the Heartland saying this was the best college SI cover of all time.
Sidenote - Racine Park's John Clay is an often overlooked and underrated member of the RBU pantheon in Madison.
@kronozefan1@sperez_40@ihatebbls Yeah injuries plus already being 26 when you enter the league is a tough combo. Loved watching him play at Tennessee tho!
A big lesson in Batman Begins is that Bruce needed a team to succeed. Gordon saves him by stopping the train. Lucius introduces him to crucial equipment that gives him the edge. Alfred has coached him through 30 years of life. Rachel is the only DA willing to prosecute Falcone.
@AndyHermanNFL The TD he caught from the slot in that 3X1 formation against the Bears was pretty incredible. I’m glad they feel the current CB room has enough depth to not need a swing player taking snaps.
@sperez_40@ihatebbls He and Hendon Hooker made a lot of money off that one game against Alabama. Literally haven’t heard a peep from Hyatt since entering the NFL. 0 TD’s and 470 career receiving yards in 3 seasons is a pitiful output.
there is something about watching grown ass Sean Fennessey being so happy he could burst into tears and Spielberg being 100% aware of his ability to make that happen that is truthfully so endearing to me.
Bill Simmons asking Steven Spielberg the “Cruise or Hanks” question and Steven Spielberg absolutely rolling with it might just be the best moment in the history of The Rewatchables.
