We supposed to have a nuclear icebreaker but when I googled the name of the vessel we ended up working with I was shocked.
It’s famous by getting stuck in Antarctica and USSR just left it there with people on board. So it’s Russian tradition to fuck with people in a hard way.

The goal of the expedition was to document existence of Narwhal in Russian waters, which is almost impossible since natural habitat for this beautiful animal is Greenland and Canadian Arctic. So, we’ve had 30 days, dying rusty ship “Mikhail Somov”
And just hope.
