If I’m John McCarthy, I would never shut up about how good Luca Cagnoni looks. Those years in the AHL served him very well. #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Sam Dickinson looking very comfortable with the puck again today. Maybe we can all calm down? #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Michael Misa is a menace waiting to happen. #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Macklin Celebrini just restores balance in the universe for the #SJSharks. Everyone slots into the right spot when he’s in the lineup, and it shows.

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Connor Hellebuyck be like

[Chris Johnston @reporterchris]

The #NYR announce that Igor Shesterkin is out for the remainder of the season

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

What a pass by Ivar Stenberg to find Nurse for the OT winner! Who would have thought the #SJSharks would come away with two points after the way the first period played out. Gutsy effort.

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Gotta love that shift by Sam Dickinson. Carries the puck through the neutral zone twice and then sets up Collin Graf for the goal. Tied again. #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Look at that, you move Dellandrea from 1C to the fourth line and he ends up looking pretty good. Weird! #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Proof of concept: the #SJSharks CAN score without Macklin Celebrini in the lineup. Sky no longer falling

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Will Smith was one of the more - if not only - effective Sharks in the first period. Was pretty much the only offensive threat and looked solid defensively. Not much he and Sam Dickinson could do about the 4-on-2 goal when Trouba fell at the offensive blue line. #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Orlov comes off the second power play unit in favor of Trouba. If we’re gonna get weird with it, I’d rather try Kesselring there. #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

I don’t hate that third line, but after the chemistry Stenberg and Misa showed in the preseason, I’m hoping we’ll see them together soon. #SJSharks

[Sheng Peng @Sheng_Peng]

#SJSharks lines tonight without Celebrini, Smith at center, Ned start:

Marchment-Smith-Chernyshov
Stenberg-Wennberg-Sherwood
Graf-Misa-Toffoli
Goodrow-Ostapchuk-Dellandrea

Nurse-Kesselring
Dickinson-Trouba
Orlov-Cagnoni

Evan Bouchard makes it look so easy. My word.

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

It is so annoying that all #SJSharks fans get lumped in with WillMack stans. They’re not the same

[M @nucks0]

One of the weirdest articles I’ve ever read. Sharks fans and Heated Rivalry fans ruined my sport, made it mainstream for the wrong reasons

#ShrinkTheGame

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

WillMack walked so McMatthews could run. #SJSharks

[Anna Dua @AnnaNoelleDua]

Gavin McKenna said him and Auston Matthews had a sleepover on Sunday

“Might have to have weekly sleepovers” 😂

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Gavin McKenna is completely and entirely in his bag. He exercised demons tonight #Leafs

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Lots of Sam Dickinson discourse tonight. I’ll say this - two things can be true: 1) a lot of people are overreacting to a guy who hasn’t even played a full season’s worth of NHL games and 2) he could benefit from playing significant minutes in the AHL. #SJSharks

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

@jmaranda96 Hopefully it won’t be necessary to have them together for the next game.🤞But if it is, I hope Warsofsky goes back to that combo in the first period.

[Nick Burger @NickBurger18]

Stenberg-Misa-Smith together with 5 and a half minutes left. Given the score and injury situation with Celebrini, I would like to have seen that creativity with the lines a little sooner. #SJSharks
