@AmericanAir SINGLE worst flying experience with your airline this weekend. Bag on original flight did not arrive - even though I checked in more than 2 hrs before flight time. Required me to buy clothes for dinner event and then additional money spent on taxi to and from airport to retrieve my bag 6 hrs later. Then today, gate agent for my return flight AA 1927 was horribly rude to me singling me out in the JET WAY after I had already scanned my boarding pass and in front of other passengers demanding that I confirm that I was eligible for exit row. Rude! I will NEVER fly your airline again. Love @Delta
