@emcro@AmericanExpress’ card naming in Apple Pay and even their own app is so mismatched, it would be nice if they they just dropped the “American Express” prefix from the accounts that have it. Heck even their checking account has the prefix, but not their savings.
@JetBlue, my flight was canceled due to an equipment failure. The rebooking process was rough but we got it done. Trying to get meal vouchers has been a nightmare though, bout Checkin and Gate crew state I have to contact support, support says I have to talk to airport crew…
@JetBlue As I mentioned, ground crew told me I needed to call in or chat… both the checkin crew and gate crew, thus the disconnect between your teams. Frustrating.
Honestly, so frustrated with @TweetWorcester, departments can't respond to a simple email in a reasonable amount of time, and now they can't even keep their election night live stream running...
@Logan_iso@privatetalky Green doesn’t reflect what the app is technically either, the white speech bubble in both icons is what reflects the app’s purpose, chatting. Look at every stock icon through a monochrome lens.
