Watching "Weird: the @alyankovic story" was eye-opening -- I didn't realize how many times he graciously let @Roku suddenly interrupt his spotlight so they could advertize themselves. They rode his coattails to become the platform they are today.
Truly a selfless artist.
@ThatKevinSmith there should have been an end-credits scene in CLERKS III where Gill Hicks comes into the QuikStop looking for Dante and asks Randall:
"Well, did he come in or what?"
Then again, this is probably why I'm not famous yet. π @BrianCOHalloran#conveniencetour
@ThatKevinSmith@ClerksMovie Thank you for coming β€ I saw you in Kansas City and couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to this trilogy. I would have loved more than anything to have been able to be in it, but Covid sucks and hopefully you'll have a film role I can play soon. β€
@AJ_Modely @ebmmemes ππ I mean you're not wrong! I'm not ACTIVE on Twitter lol. But you told me I made an appearance on your profile and I had to come say something π₯°
I can hear the #Emancipation trailer now:
"They told him he could never be free. He told them to keep his life's aim out their f*ckin' mouth."
@AppleTVPlus @jimmyfallon#WillSmith
Mad about @HalleBailey being #Ariel because "it's not canon"? Let me remind you that the MOST canonical thing a mermaid can be is a nightmarish demon that was only pretty to seduce and shipwreck sailors... so the 1988 version is ridiculous, too.
#TheLittleMermaid
Did you all watch #BetterCallSaul last night? Because I stole the show as Uncredited Nameless Airline Passenger #1 over there on the left.
The bald one. No, rewind. See? Gimme my Emmy, @TheEmmys.
If I was @thegame, I'd be embarrassed to put out any songs that feature other artists; all his collaborations sound like he's recording contest submissions for the chance to be featured on THEIR song.
The man is undefeated at getting skunked by everyone else on his own shit.
@thegame sounds like he drank a β of vodka and we dared him to write. You know that song by Phil Collins "In The Air Tonight" about the fans who coulda saved that one rapper from drowning? That's kinda how this is. This track's a thousand hours long and still was lousy. @Eminem
@thegame waiting until 2022 to make a diss track about @Eminem has the same energy as Gus Fring only having the balls to fuck with Hector Salamanca in a nursing home.
You think he's a weak little rata in his later years, but you can't un-ring the bell that'll blow your face off.
@ThatKevinSmith@ClerksMovie You at least tried to adapt to the times and try new things, like podcasts and less irreverent humor. Growth isn't always well-received, but it makes us better people. The fans we lose can stay wandering the ether of the past.
@ThatKevinSmith@ClerksMovie Every generation has a voice. I was 11 years old when CLERKS came out and you were ours; so, no, your career never had a downfall because what you meant to us for years is still relevant. Your later work may not have spoke to the new generation, but -- unlike others -- (cont'd)
