@ag_guy04 Another point to consider is those practices have led to some different landlord conversations. Some have cost shared, some have been open to longer leases, and have even had new landlords say they wanted to rent to us because of those practices.

@ag_guy04 Cost share programs have been huge for us in the cover crop area. Lenders knowing what is available In their area would likely help growers new to cover cropping.
