The difference is in execution

Look at Timothy Drake
His mom, dads and friends died , it sucks for him
But what makes it interesting the reaction because of it

He begans to ignore his close ones and starts acting like a dick
He is more brutal
And he is hating himself

It's really interesting to read about this

But when look at the Whisper she has nothing like that , she's just sad
And when they try to do something more , it's immediately solved ( I'm looking at you issue 64 )
I would be more interested in Whisper if she had edge in her writing but she doesn't have that
