Respected Finance Minister and CBDT, we humbly request an extension of the Tax Audit Due Date until 31st October.

Considering the heavy workload, technical issues on the portal, and practical challenges faced by Chartered Accountants and taxpayers, an extension is essential to ensure accurate and timely compliance.

Please consider the genuine concerns of the CA fraternity and provide the much-needed relief.

Urgent! Tax Audit Forms (Form 3CD/3CA/3CB) are not loading on the e-filing portal. Constant buffering and site crashes are making it impossible to work. Tomorrow is the last date! Requesting @IncomeTaxIndia to look into this tech glitch immediately and extend the due date.

The demand for a Tax Audit Due Date Extension is not about seeking extra time for convenience. It is about ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.

When systems, data, and practical challenges create bottlenecks, deadlines must reflect ground realities.

Extend the Tax Audit Due Date. Ensure Quality Compliance.

[CA Rahul Sharma @RahulUrrahul]

We respectfully urge the Hon’ble Finance Minister, CBDT and the concerned authorities to consider an extension of the Tax Audit Due Date.

Timely compliance matters, but so do practical difficulties faced by taxpayers and tax professionals.

A fair extension will support better compliance and more reliable audits.
