@Qantas Hi Qantas, we’re now into our 4th month of waiting for a resolution. Getting tired of being brushed off via DM’s on all social media platforms so need to make this more public.

@Qantas Thanks for closing my customer care ticket as “resolved”. It has not been resolved. I’ve not been contacted. I’ve not been refunded as promised.

@Qantas Hi @Qantas. I’ve had some DM’s but none of them have come close to resolving my issue. I want someone to look into the issue and actually understand what the issue is and refund me the flights as promised.

@Qantas Hi Qantas, we’re nearly in our third month of waiting for a reply about my promised refund. Numerous calls and emails completely ignored, what lengths do I need to go to for a resolution?

Hi Qantas, I feel like I have exhausted every avenue possible to contact someone that can process my refund but…nothing. I’ve made it as far as a “higher resolution team” which promised me a reply within 24hrs, didn’t happen.
