- you have to order ahead
- pricing isn’t always transparent
- the warehouse is often in a terrible location
- the hours are limited

- reduce the schedule to ~100 games
- wrap everything up by Labor Day
- move to a direct from team or league broadcast model, no blackouts
- 7 inning games, get rid of runner on 2nd in extras
- keep umps, but automate balls/strikes

My $0.02:

- Right now, I'd only trust this stuff to handle one off tasks like cleaning up CRM data or generating custom reports.
- I wouldn't trust an agent using MCP to do things in a workflow or automated step. The MCP client, the tools, and the LLMs that interact with them are too unpredictable.
- From what I've seen so far, Claude has the best and most accessible MCP client. I expect ChatGPT to catch up, but they are leading on this.
- Maintaining an MCP server's tools is a full-time job. Very similar to managing a REST API.
