@UKJay71 @Ongasuk @MasterThermUK It’s not possible to cheat laws of thermodynamics but not all heat pumps are equal. @MasterThermUK can speed control comp according to source inlet temp.

Also, it should be checked if the heat load really is 21kW as a ground collector should be sized for the load not the unit.
