At this point I don’t even want the merch, I just want a refund for it but they continue to refuse to do that. I will never order another piece of merch through them. Disappointing coming from a company who works with a lot of creators.

Wow, @WJ_Merchandise is a terrible company. I ordered merch 3 months ago. The carrier they used marked it as not deliverable. Warren James told me to email the carrier to see if I can pick it up or reschedule delivery. Carrier said they can’t deliver to my area. (con’t)
