@greateranglia Hi. I submitted a refund for my smartcard 10 days https://t.co/Efhk7CpXfO this morning saying to log in and complete a new form to request it but there is no option there.Just the option to get a refund for a one off single purchased last year. What do I do next?

@greateranglia Yes. I've had it for a few years. renewed online last year. only option for smartcard is to amend which card is my main one.

@PandaKym @greateranglia I've been stuck at Audley End since 6pm so must be lots of trains behind us. So far the driver says the line is far more damaged than expected and a train as also been damaged so needs towing away.
