The pain of short staffing shouldn't be borne by patients and workers alone. Tie incentives to working short and see how retention and recruitment get prioritized.

@RayDoesData I'm the opposite, I think this is awesome, I love this feature. I gave them the email in the first place, and it's very convenient to have automatic email receipts each time in the future. I'd be surprised/not-surprised if they actually kept the credit card numbers in plain text.
