Orioles, I Think You Should Leave, Simpsons, Disney. Buy my stuff from RedBubble or TeePublic. Gotta figure out how to make money on this. I REALLY want to.
@Foulwermammal@BennysJets100@TTimmyMaher1@BradGalli I said most people don’t remember who threw them years later unless it was your team involved. You said everybody remembers them. But you don’t remember all of them…which was my point.
@BennysJets100@TTimmyMaher1@BradGalli Yeah, perfect games are huge accomplishments, but most people don’t remember pitchers who threw them years later unless their team was involved.
Everybody remembers Armando Galarraga and even if it isn’t a perfect game in the record books, we all know it was a perfect game.
Andrew Kittredge on the clubhouse vibes now versus two weeks ago after the Orioles were swept in Tampa:
"I don’t think anybody in this clubhouse ever really doubted that we could turn it around. There’s a long way to go. We’ve still got a lot of baseball left, but definitely it feels like almost a 180 that we’ve kind of flipped there.
"As far as the vibes in the clubhouse, just everyone kind of feeding off each other, and we’re playing a lot better baseball, so that’s where it starts.”
@alemino13@MCCCANM I don’t think there’s a rule that limits the number of times, but I imagine it would be pretty difficult to pass the physical after the second time.
Colton Cowser over his past 14 games:
.344 BA
.382 OBP
.750 SLG
1.132 OPS
He’s hit four homers and recorded 11 RBIs during this span of 34 plate appearances.
@IanRunkle What’s crazy as an American, is for years I feel like we were all told how great Tim Horton’s is but now it seems like it’s garbage. Did they change or was it always a lie?
(Also not sure but this may be how the Dunkin discourse went for Canadians in reverse. Dunkin is also bad)
Also, Jim Palmer single handedly willed that Hoffman meltdown into existence. You would think he would have jinxed it, but the power of Jim Palmer is just that great.
