I would like to offer to pay the salaries of TSA personnel during this funding impasse that is negatively affecting the lives of so many Americans at airports throughout the country
Went to the @TMobile store to address an issue. After giving my phone # they still needed my ID “to prevent fraud”. hmmmm but when voting in elections an ID is not required. Pass the damn #SaveAmericaAct
🚨Stop what you’re doing and watch this full exchange between Senator Josh Hawley and a “Dr”
Hawley asks over a DOZEN times if men can get pregnant and she CAN’T ANSWER.
She blanks, then gives word salads and excuses for why she won’t answer.
This is the star testimony for Democrats on abortion.
Unbelievable.
It is worth tracking missed trades somewhere in your Trading Journal.
There's 2 questions to ask when reviewing your missed trades:
1. "Are there any repeating patterns happening in these missed trades which I can take advantage of, such that I can enter the trade earlier and manage to catch the move?"
2. "Are there any patterns in these missed trades where maybe I could have entered a bit later than usual and still got away with it?"
On a side note, the trades that you wanted to enter but ended up missing are likely to be your "A+ setups", since your signal to enter was so strong to the point where the market just ripped in your preferred direction so violently without pulling back.
The more you study your missed trades, the better you will understand what variables are present in your A+ setups.
The better you understand your A+ setups, the better you will know when to step on the gas to take advantage of an easier market environment (which ultimately leads to more Profit).

2 ways to get better results (not just in Trading, but all domains of skill)
Do more good stuff, which raises the ceiling of your max potential.
Do less bad stuff, which raises the floor for your worst days.
I remember my old tennis coach showing me my stats for a match that I had lost against someone with a lower rating than me (which was embarrassing) and more than 30% of the points that I lost were from unforced errors.
unforced error = a silly error that I made on my own incompetence rather than a forced error from pressure put on by the opponent.
I could have had my serve unchanged, my volleys unchanged and pretty much everything else the same.... if I just "missed less shots" I literally would have won the match.
It was so irritating but also really eye opening... it was at that moment which birthed the insight of "I just have to suck less over time in order to get better results" for the first time for me... but not in a pessimistic way.
Now several years later this "aha moment" is really starting to sink deep in my bones and it's getting more clear to me that "doing less bad stuff" is by far the highest risk-adjusted return thing to start with because you're getting BETTER RESULTS by doing LESS STUFF, meaning you get to have MORE ENERGY to use.
But when you do MORE GOOD stuff, this often comes at the cost of having LESS ENERGY to work with.
I believe that if you get good at 1 thing, whether it's Tennis, Chess, Poker, video games or literally anything... you should be able to translate that same process of improvement into all domains of skill.
An underrated, yet overpowered Meta-Strategy to think about optimizing is your specific process for "how you learn stuff and get better".

I don't normally write this kind of stuff
But here's an unorthodox take on my long-term view of this weird Market.
Over the past several years, the degeneracy of humans has been increasing:
- casinos going wild with popularity
- people getting addicted to consuming social media, especially short-form
- even some creators are going full-degenerate with the type of content they are making and the type of stuff they are promoting.
- crime, theft, grifting is becoming normalized and just accepted... We have presidents rugging people on shitcoins and everyone's like "ah yeah... that's just how things are now I guess..."
I'm longterm bullish on anything that makes it easy for degens to gamble and do other degenerate activities.
- Not because I support it but just because it looks like this is where the world is heading.
But as more humans dive a bit too far deep into the rabbit hole of turbo-degeneracy, for a certain % of them they will swing back in the opposite direction into wholesome-ness and mental wellbeing.
More people with problems = More demand for solutions.
So I think there's this strange dynamic that exists between unwholesome/wholesome growth.
- unwholesome (anti-wellness) finance creates suffering
- people who are suffering want a solution to their suffering
- they turn to wholesome stuff (wellness/health etc.)
This is also why I'm hyper, extremely bullish on anything related to Meditation.
Meditation can give a fast and very heavy-hitting effect of pleasure/euphoria.
But the only issue is there is a lot of friction to accessing those mental states because of a "skill gap" that exists.
A new meditator has to spend a significant amount of time practicing in unpleasant states before they can learn how to sit properly to access insanely pleasant states.
A big thing holding people back with meditation is that there is this "spirituality stigma" associated around it, making it be viewed by some people as this "woo-woo nonsense"... but really it's just no different to going to the gym but for the mind.
The other thing that holds people back from it is they don't actually believe that it's possible to access really pleasant mental states just purely from sitting in silence.
If one were to say "You could experience euphoria which matches that of MDMA or even surpasses it through meditation", they would immediately be assumed to be lying despite there already being a decent amount of data to show that this is in fact the case.
Basically there is an enormous discrepancy between what people "think" is achievable with meditation v.s. what is "actually" achievable with meditation.
- most people think "ah yeah, I can maybe relax a bit... but in order to get into the ultra deep and extreme euphoric states I need to be a monk" and this is so far from the truth.
My 5 Thoughts:
1. As more current practitioners finally cross the threshold and have their first experience of a hyper euphoric state, they will spread it by word of mouth. So there is already some "rate of growth in popularization" that is occuring.
2. As the number of high-skilled meditators who are NOT monks start increasing, more products/services around meditation will start popping up.
3. As more meditation related products/services start popping up, the meditation/wellness market will start becoming more competitive.
4. As competition in the Meditation space increases, the incentive to invest in Research and Development will increase.
5. As R&D in Meditation increases, the quality of the meditation products/services will increase. Specifically around reducing the amount of friction in order to access highly pleasant or even euphoric states.
6. Eventually, there may be 1 player who cracks the code and can bring the amount of effort required to be exerted from a new user (to experience euphoric states) down to near 0.... and when/if that happens then Meditation will become a hyper-massive trend across humanity.
TL;DR:
- I'm super duper bullish on meditation.
- It is the antidote to the expansion of suffering.
🇪🇺 Only one European (German) car in the world's best selling cars now
Not a single European company is in the leading tech companies anymore.
Not a single European company is in the top AI companies.
This is why Europe has zero negotiation power at the world stage, it's become irrelevant, after they cut off the cheap resources from Russia and basically destroyed itself.
