@POferriesupdate You can bring all the food & drink with you but after 5 hours we have gone through it all! And we’ve been rationing! Two kids now desperate for proper dinner. Arrived at the dock & only place to buy anything is 2 vending machines - no water in them! Absolutely outrageous!

@POferriesupdate Arrived Calais 3.30pm, checked in 6.40pm. Put on the ferry leaving 5 hours after our booked crossing but still not through border control. Your updates are misleading & the situation in the port is a joke. No designated lanes-cars, vans & caravans everywhere. No officials or info

@POferriesupdate Might be worth letting people know that border control is taking over an hour to get through at Dover. Sailings might be on time but people def missing their bookings.

Hi @StagecoachSE the 21:36 No 17 service through Horsham never arrived tonight. I waited for 10 mins then the board said it was no longer Due but 50 mins away. It was getting late & I walked instead to station to get a taxi before it got dark. Who do I speak to re compensation?
