So they met with him undercover and he laid out plan to slaughter innocent ppl at shopping mall.

@PatGarofalo I was just talking about this… if this is a gang related shooting there are Federal charges that can be pursued. I would highly encourage US Attorney Dan Rosen to move forward with this case Federally. Send him to federal prison for decades.

His message, per usual, is worth a listen no matter what you think of the Minnesota Gophers' head coach.
