@keaneofficial Amazing night. We danced so much we had jelly legs. Huge thanks again to @Richard_H for making Alfies night. Hoping to see you all again soon 🎶🌟🎶

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

Shocking customer service from @AsdaServiceTeam and helpline. 4 hours later no help whatsoever. Don't order express delivery uber can steal it and your left with no help and waiting a week for refund. Think ill shop elsewhere from now on.

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

Brilliant now the helpline hangs up on me absolutely disgusted with the lack of empathy. Can't be this hard to come to a resolution surely @AsdaServiceTeam

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

Absolutely shocking service from @asda again. Would appreciate a prompt reply to my message @AsdaServiceTeam. Booked an express delivery, hasn't showed up now showing as order returned. I'd have collected it myself if I had been given the chance.

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@AsdaServiceTeam I'm hoping are more help than the actual contact centre. Payment taken from my account 5 days ago in error by asda and can't actually speak to anyone about getting the money back. Leaving me a huge amount of money down over the Christmas holidays.

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@LightsNewcastle please can someone reach out to me. Spoke to someone via Facebook earlier today about a booking change and was told it won't be a problem but see tickets refusing to help.

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@marosholmes @keaneofficial Definitely a night he will never forget. The drumskin has pride of place in his room. He can't wait to see them again.

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@KeaneShadow @wayne14mc ..... got be soon surely 😍🤞

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@JHenderson You made my boys day saying hello to him outside the hotel this morning. Thank you 🥰.... bring it home YNWA

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@bwhale_187 @LFC @TrentAA @MoSalah @JHenderson @JamesMilner @Alex_OxChambo @andrewrobertso5 @_fabinhotavares Got him there after he stood outside the team hotel to watch them leave

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

My liverpool mad little dude. He's absolutely gutted he missed the team bus taking its detour through walker. Even more gutted he couldn't get a ticket to watch them in the liverpool end tomorrow. Perils of being a red and living in Newcastle 🙈

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@ReeceSibbald Ah Bethany and Grace have really missed you guys this year. Hope you and Pippa are well. See you in 2021 xx

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

#asktom When you are up in the North East where is your favourite place to visit?

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@tomchaplin This would be amazing. I hope you're recovering well xx

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

He was completely overwhelmed had to stop filming when he burst into tears. Now just got to listen to him ask every day how long it is until keane 🙈😂 @keaneofficial @wayne14mc @Richard_H @tomchaplin

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@wayne14mc @keaneofficial @tomchaplin @Richard_H @jessequinmusic I cant wait to tell him when he comes home from school. I'll film his reaction xx

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

@keaneofficial @Mouth_Tyne_Fest @ScarboroughOAT My 6 year old has been jumping about the house all morning. I promised him after he got his signed set list from city hall I would bring him next time you were here. @Richard_H @tomchaplin

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

Was told on tuesday that I was nailing parenting. Look at this little man absolutely buzzing to have his keane hat and signed set list. @Richard_H Were hoping you come back to newcastle soon so he can come along 😍

[Nicola Johnson @NicolaJohnson4]

2 years running the girls have performed with @ReeceSibbald cracking show again this year. Fabulous production. Already looking forward to 2020 😊
