This is the core of the book in a couple of minutes.
AI is not "coming" for your job. For millions of people, it already took it, they just have not been told yet.
That is the argument REPLACEMENT makes, with the receipts.
Ebook is 99 cents through launch week: https://t.co/teoNDhEHOA (Audiobook, paperback, and hardcover all live too.)
Watch the clip. Tell me I'm wrong. Then go read the book (again)!
The biggest names in AI are lying to you to keep you calm.
They call it "augmentation."
A friendly co-pilot. A helper. A tool that just makes your current job a little easier. Nothing to worry about.
Watch what they do instead of what they say.
The same CEOs telling you everything will be fine are spending millions on bunkers, land, and survival gear. They are quietly preparing for a world where mass displacement goes very, very wrong.
You don't build a bunker for a "co-pilot."
"Augmentation" is the word you use when the truth — replacement — would move the stock and scare the room. It's PR. It buys them time and buys you complacency.
Strip away the messaging and their actions tell you exactly what they believe is coming. They are not building a buddy for you. They are building a machine to do your job.
I'm not telling you this to scare you. I'm telling you because the people who see it early are the ones who adapt in time. The people who wait for the official announcement will be the last to know.
That's the whole reason I wrote my new book, Replacement — the truth about what's actually coming for the job market, without the corporate spin.
Read their actions, not their press releases.

Defend or Destroy: "AI will write better journalism than most working reporters within five years."
Defend. It's already happening.
Read the articles on Unbiased Headlines. They're already better, and they're not trying to sell you something you don't want.
@richlam0208 No. I always wear the same shirt. They are actually different shirts. I literally have 20 of them exactly the same. Grow a life. And a brain maybe too.
Defend or Destroy: "The Pentagon moves too slowly on AI, and that's genuinely dangerous."
Defend.
The Pentagon has missed the boat. They're putting our national security at risk. They're still playing with chatbots while everybody else has moved to AI agents.
I walked those halls. Speed is the whole game, and we're losing it.
I'll tell you a secret most experts are too afraid to admit.
The skill that got me to the Pentagon was never coding.
I was the first foreigner, born in France, to become a senior executive at the Pentagon: the Chief Software Officer for the Air Force and Space Force. Everyone assumes it was the code that got me there.
It wasn't. Coding was just the vehicle I happened to use at the time.
The real skill — the one underneath everything — was the ability to teach myself anything from nothing. Drop me in front of a problem I've never seen, with no manual and no mentor, and figure it out anyway.
That's the part that transfers. That's the part that lasts.
Because here's the thing about this new world: AI can write the code now. Faster than me, faster than you. That part is over.
What it can't replace is the human instinct to look at a blank page, a broken system, an impossible problem — and solve it from scratch.
The tool changed. The skill didn't.
Stop protecting what you know how to do. Start sharpening how fast you can learn what you don't.

AI for Dummies, part 1.
If you're getting started, most people go to ChatGPT or Claude and start asking questions. That's a good way to learn.
But it's very important that you learn how to use AI agents, so you don't have to do the work anymore. Automate tasks. Then move to Claude Cowork and ChatGPT agents. As you learn more, move to OpenClaw and Hermes, and build an army of agents to do your day-to-day work.
Never do it again.
When I moved to the US, people kept saying "fake news." That term didn't exist back in France.
CNN was the most trusted news in the world to me. You get it in France, Germany, the UK.
Then I looked at Fox News. A complete opposite story.
So who's right? Who do you believe?
Here's what's clear: both sides are often wrong. They give you opinions, not facts.
That's why I created Unbiased Headlines. It pulls from 110 sources, including CNN, Fox and way more, so you get the facts, sourced, and you can see what's happening without feeling manipulated by big media.
Tired of fake news? Download Unbiased Headlines.
Defend or Destroy: "An AI can be more objective than any human reporter."
Defend.
When it's done well, AI is less biased than humans, especially when the humans have overlords.
Disagree? Tell me why.
