@AHS_Warranty I have been calling trying to get my washer fixed everyday for the last two weeks. Every time I call the representative says they will have someone call me in 24 hour late and no one ever does. I’ve been without a washer for over a month! #americanhomeshield

@AHS_Warranty Absolutely terrible customer service. Our heat went out 2 weeks ago and they have not done anything to fix it. We made multiple calls to them and every time they say a supervisor will call within 24hrs, it has been 2 weeks. We are just gettin the runaround @bbb_us
