Each of our 109,798 colleagues @SAP brings their own unique background, destiny, and life experience to the table. Grateful for the innovation coming from #diverse teams & committed to making SAP a place in which everyone feels like they belong & can reach their full potential.
The key to inclusive design isn’t about checklists. It’s about building up a culture that attracts diverse talent and where inclusive thinking becomes the natural way of working:

We’ve saved the best for last: Our last @SAP Product Engineering All-Hands Meeting of the year was very special 🎉 Truly enjoyed engaging with our teams virtually and thankful for all the comments shared! #LifeatSAP
5,000 corporations is a massive achievement and I'm so proud of our team! The ease at which we land in corps is a byproduct of a best-in-class experience for accessibility, advocacy, and a community of incredible humans. 💜
To the moon. 🚀
I couldn’t be more excited! #S4HANA Cloud customers can now test and provide feedback on @SAP’s visual theme Horizon. Because we listen to and learn from our users right from the start. @blehnert@JanGilg@AlxLingg@tomreiss1 https://t.co/8SyaQIOFnk
On May 20 is Global Accessibility Awareness Day! Today, @SAP colleagues gathered to discuss how we can build software that is accessible for ALL users, regardless of individual abilities. Proud of our team! #diversity#inclusion#accessibility#gaad@blehnert@NicoleWindmann
Thanks for calling this out. It’s amazing how little attention is paid to this issue. Even minor limitations in visual acuity or hand/eye coordination render what we “temporarily able” people think of as everyday tech unusable.
Combatting hate starts with education at home, in communities & in workplaces. @SAP welcomes everyone to bring their authentic self every day & embrace conversations on #DiversityandInclsuion to foster more acceptance. #IDAHOBIT#PrideatSAP#LifeatSAP
@marcfbe@stefansteinle@VarshneyAnita@thsaueressig@SAPNews Thanks for your interest in accessibility. This summit, in its first edition, is for SAP internal audience only. However, we also plan external facing accessibility formats for next year. Please, feel free to reach out to me via [email protected]
Thanks and best - Nicole.
So true Nicole, the more we make efficient design the less we start seeing individual disability as being the exception. It will all start feeling commonplace. @RadioRed777 @NeilMilliken@debraruh@NicoleWindmann#AXSChat#SAPRadio
