@swellenough I’ll say - we thought about a STR for our townhouse, and the math didn’t really pencil out… potential revenue is a bit higher, but management and risk are WAY higher. Opted for a LTR b/c of reliability. Point is, I think that LTR demand is high enough here to be competitive.
