It's probably smart to not risk having my first full-blown anxiety attack on a plane, right? Especially when I have to ride 3 planes and arrive at 11:40PM and then hope I can get a lyft for a 1.5hr drive to my friend without a taser on hand?
This time, the thing is for my friend, and so not doing the thing didn't even occur to me over the past 2 weeks.
I'm wondering if my anxiety is screaming at me this time because I didn't stop where I usually do
My favorite thing about @NewRockstars is that I can watch a movie by myself and then go home and โtalkโ about it with exactly the nerds I wanna โtalkโ about it with
Iโm just so fuckin happy that I get to watch #Shangchi rn and then go home and continue the fun ๐โค๏ธ
I really hate how the process of getting a therapist and or psychiatrist isnโt really made for mentally ill people. The process is highly neurotypical.
Goddamnit I have plans to go to Ithaca for a month to help out a friend and I was hoping to get my anxiety meds back before then but someone keeps fucking up so I cant get them and I feel like Iโm on the brink of a panic attack with how much I dont wanna go rn
And when I point out that they literally have a profile on their website sheโs like โoh idk how that happened.โ And then silence. like ??????
theres no number for me to get around her.
Iโm gonna have to straight up go to every office they have to find myself a damn doctor
Ok this receptionist is definitely gatekeeping all the physicians from me bc every time I call she IMMEDIATELY says โI dont recognize that nameโ as if she has the 1,600 ever-changing list of drs that work for the institution memorized
She doesnt even look them up ๐คง
