@PippaCrerar Reminds me of the two legendary Sunday Sport headlines from consecutive weeks
Week 1 - World War 2 bomber found on the moon
Week 2 - World War 2 bomber vanishes from the moon
@IcelandFoods - Customer service is sadly lacking. Spoke to customer service yesterday, was promised that someone would contact me. Nothing. Silence.
An hour on the phone so far. First customer service bod was dreadful. Second was more reasonable but still no resolution.
@EastMidRailway@EastMidRailway And yet here we are, two weeks on again, and there is still no response to my emails. Also today again I had the pleasure of standing between London and Leicester as the seat reservation system was not operating AGAIN. Just dreadful.
@qpark_uk Hi, since your website told me that prepayment had failed, and trying to make it work I was losing the will to live, I gave up and parked elsewhere. I now have a receipt for payment from you and cannot cancel my booking. Can you sort this please?
#O2@O2 Frankly awful time in trying to get a mobile phone. The process to get issues sorted is possibly the most difficult and obstructive process I have ever experienced. Is this by design? Do you make it so difficult in the hope that your paying customers will just give up?
@Barchester_care Thanks for sorting this. My father tells me her belongings have been delivered. I hope the learning opportunity is not lost on Kenwyn.
@Barchester_care So itโs acceptable to discharge my mother from Kenwyn with two left shoes, someone elseโs glasses and missing some of her belongings which you had on your inventory? Nope, dereliction of your duty of care and not good enough.
@Barchester_care@Barchester_care any progress on this? Please telephone my father with updates. He cannot currently read emails following a cataract operation. Kenwyn will have his details on file.
So far they have sent more of other peoples glasses. Mumโs are labelled.
@Barchester_care When my father tried to talk to staff and management at site, his concerns were dismissed as my mother was a difficult patient as she wanders and is bladder incontinent. Yes, she has dementia and was in a specialist dementia care unit.
@Barchester_care All of her belongings were put on an inventory when they were taken in. She was released with a case full of random clothes, some hers some not. There was clearly no attempt made to reconcile the inventory.
@Barchester_care It really shouldnโt need any email conversation. Simply find her shoes, her glasses (labelled), her TV and remote (labelled) and every article of clothing with a name tag with her name on them, contact my father and have them returned. My motherโs surname is the same as mine.
@Barchester_care No response. Sums it up really. Donโt give a s**t so long as you get your ยฃ7k per month. I wonder if @CareQualityComm might be interested?
