The court made a strict judgment and sentenced 10 million won fine on Sojang which was 3 times the prosecution's request (prosecutor imposed 3 mn won)

Aside from the criminal lawsuit, Kang Daniel will also file a civil lawsuit for 100 million won separately. "It's a measure to prevent any more victims and prevent this from happening again. We believe we must impose strong civil and criminal liability on the defamation."
