@Billybadass08 Protein. (Chicken, steak) Brown rice and broccoli. I put BBQ sauce on my chicken and rice and low fat cheese on the broccoli. Also just make sure youโre getting enough protein from your meals and/or supplements (shakes). Getting the right protein will make you feel full longer.

Starting to dabble in basic graphic design with the aid of AI generated images until I can get the hang of fully creating things and also get creative. Needing people to give me ideas and stuff to practice/work on to actually be able to get the hang of this.
Watched the Fallout show over the weekend and been playing Fallout 4 on the PS4 the past couple days. But just bought it on steam today so we are gonna do a modded fresh start starting tonight. Also gonna be letting viewers make choices for me in the game.
