@danmatthews Thats interesting, I've never had an issue with an MS product that has required me to contact support. Everyone's mileage varies. For me though, outlook and exchange would always be first choice for email. And you're always going to need word / excel..

@danmatthews Have you considered Office 365? For £4.50 a month you can get Exchange hosted email, as well as access to all the Microsoft Office 365 applications (online / mobile only - £7.90 for the desktop versions) as well as 1TB of cloud storage.

Not free, but worth it IMHO.

@danmatthews @Cumbria_24 Why didnt you screenshot the address bar so they can see exactly what page it is. Hate it when users do that 🙈. The address bar contains crucial info that mskes disgnosing the problem so much easier.

Just spoke to a prospective customer who is ditching their existing supplier. They asked to see the project plan and was shown an excel spreadsheet with 4 rows on it.

Come on guys - #invest in proper #software systems! Even off the shelf project management tools would help!
