Well done @British_Airways for getting us from Newcastle to @HeathrowAirport 5 minutes early. Sadly the captains comment about hopefully that helps with your onward journey came to a grinding halt when now been stood 26 minutes at carousel, not from landing and still no luggage

Great customer service @ToolstationUK 24 minutes on hold after chasing a next day delivery order placed last Thursday only for advisor to cut me off as though couldn’t hear me. Track order on website shows Parcelforce unable to track order - what a joke.

At last we’ve won on the opening day but after such a good first half and so much promise, second 45 was so disappointing and felt like we hung on for the win. Great chances to score 2 more to make it a lot more comfortable but it’s 3 points and hopefully a good season #Boro #UTB
