Codex quota keeps getting quieter cuts while the price stays the same. That's the real frontier war, not SWE-bench.

My fix was a token balancer across 9 subscriptions. A provider nerfs a limit and my queue doesn't care.

@sattyyouneed Neither. It filters what deserves thinking. Boilerplate, drafts, small decisions go to AI, my head only gets the 2-3 problems a day that actually matter. That's the win.

@justbyte_ English. Most of the code I shipped last month started as a plain prompt. How clearly you describe the problem matters more than the syntax underneath.

@themishra4402 The code was maybe 20% of the job. Knowing what to build, what to cut, and what breaks in prod at 2am was the other 80%, and Claude only ate the 20%.
