#Iran fires missiles on #Israel after Israel hit Hamas in Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon and Houthis in Yemen in response to Oct 7 terror attacks.

Amid speculations that #Israel could respond by targeting Iranian #NuclearFacilities, Israel says, “Our ‘#masterplan’ is ready. We will give a fitting response to every attack by Iran��. At the same time, Iran says, “It is ready to respond with greater intensity. Iran’s next response will be even more devastating.”

Meanwhile, #India has expressed willingness to mediate between #IsraelIran for talks.

With several countries already involved and many more getting drawn into the vortex of conflict in the Middle East, the situation appears extremely explosive, as described in the book the #ThirdWorldWar authored by #DrAniruddhaJoshi.

India’s #UPI processed ₹81 lakh crore ($964 billion) in terms of transactions between April-July this year.

It has made UPI the world’s top digital payment platform, ahead of China’s Alipay, US’s PayPal and Brazil’s PIX. India now leads the world in #DigitalTransactions.

Besides, at the recent ‘Global Fintech Fest’ in Mumbai, @RBI said it is working to globalize UPI and #RuPay by deploying UPI-like infrastructure worldwide, enabling QR code payments through UPI at global merchant locations and integrating UPI with payment systems of other countries for cross-border payments.

UPI is set for unparalleled expansion, thus strengthening the #IndianRupee as well as the #IndianEconomy.

Disaster Management #Preparedness for upcoming #monsoon

Yesterday i.e on Friday, 31st May, Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika @mybmc did a survey of the flood-prone areas and the #landslide areas in #Mumbai.

As per the call received from BMC, our #AADM Office deployed 3 ARCAD #Ham #Volunteers for the survey. They accompanied BMC Officials at the various zones across Mumbai. Today will be the second and the last day of this survey.

AADM role was mainly to identify the high rise points in the flood prone areas, such that our Hams can be deployed there during floods or such #disasters for aiding effective #communication. #aniruddhabapu #aniruddhaseva

Indian stock market crosses #MarketCapitalisation of $5 trillion for the first time ever. The latest $1 trillion wealth was created in less than just 6 months. India is thus now part of the exclusive $5 trillion club featuring only US, China, Japan and Hong Kong.

Interestingly, this milestone has been achieved despite the #FIIs (Foreign Institutional Investors) pulling out over ₹28,000 crores this month from the #IndianStockMarket. India is seeing this bull run driven by Indian institutional, HNI and retail investors.

With this, India has effectively freed itself from pressure tactics and dependency on FIIs, thus truly advancing further as #AatmanirbharBharat.

#BloodDonation saves Lives!

The Aniruddha’s Academy of Disaster Management is proud to share, that in our annual ‘Mega Blood Donation Camp 2024’, 14,327 units of #blood were donated across 121 locations in India! Of these, 7,029 units of blood were collected in #Mumbai, 1,020 in #Pune and 6,278 at other camps held simultaneously across #Maharashtra, #Goa, #Gujarat, #Karnataka, #MadhyaPradesh and #Delhi.

India begins establishing new defence wings in the Indian diplomatic missions in #Djibouti, Tanzania, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Armenia, Philippines, Poland, etc., where it will post #MilitaryAttaches.

These military officials are expected to help achieve the target for #DefenceExports set by the Govt, facilitate India’s #DefenceProcurement, secure military #SupplyChains, mitigate #NationalSecurityRisks, handle adverse PR from inimical interests and business competitors, etc.

Besides new defence wings, the #IndianArmedForces, with a special focus on #Africa, are engaging with over 110 nations through #DefenseCooperation activities in the form of joint #MilitaryExercises, ship visits, officer exchanges, training missions, etc.

For the first time, India is upping its #DefenceDiplomacy as a tool of #statecraft and is effectively using it to secure national interests.

The missiles and drones attack by #Iran against #Israel is the first time ever in the 45-year-old rivalry that Iran has launched attacks on Israel from inside its own territory.

Channel 12 quoted a ‘senior Israeli official�� having pledged an ‘unprecedented response’ to the #IranAttack.

Interestingly, #USUK, France, #SaudiArabia and Jordan reportedly assisted Israel shoot down some of the 300 drones, missiles in the skies of Lebanon, #Jordan, Syria.

Besides, US has pledged a coordinated diplomatic response by #G7 nations, while Russian President Putin has warned US not to interfere in Iran-Israel tensions. #Russia has also warned, ‘If US supports Israel, we will not sit ideally and do nothing’.

Whether Israel will retaliate or exercise ‘strategic patience’ as then US #PresidentTrump did in January 2020 when Iran fired missiles at a US base in Iraq, time will tell. #ThirdWorldWar looms large.
