I've learnt that posting 6 days a week felt like a lot of pressure towards the end but that drawing this consistantly has brought me so much joy everyday so I'll atleast continue with that 🌞 #illustrator

I'm so proud of this outcome honestly. I drew the ugliest thing I've created in a long time just before drawing the monkies, which are now one of my favourite things from this month so far!

Half way through I started disliking the outcome as I had accidentally put A LOT of texture down so I said screw it and started experimenting with oil pastels on top and now Im really glad I did! #mysketchbook

I realised that I do a lot of either dark night or bright day time painting so I thought I'd concentrate on using a out of my comfort zone colour palette here but ended up loving it!

I've been drawing consistently again after having a long on off period, which I've *really* enjoyed so I thought I'd try make a little fun challenge for myself to draw, and post everyday (excluding Sundays) just for July #gouache #kidslit
