Wanna know how to make beautiful gradients like that for iOS?
The blog post is finally here! Its interactive so you can play with it.
This year Apple gave us shader support right for SwiftUI. Now is the time to learn Metal!

It's great but I somehow can't login to Tailscale
Login via GitHub, then logged in at GitHub then it gets stuck and infinite load at Tailscale
Wanna to use this as a Termius SSH-only device
New blog post: I reverse-engineered NSVisualEffectView and built a fully customizable vibrant material component for macOS.
Includes MaterialView: a new open-source package that unlocks infinite control over macOS materials.

@LundukeJournal That's literally a logical error in the code. "Memory errors" are completely different types of errors.
Holy smokes, and that's considered "tech" journalism
I was building my personal project for 3 minutes on each iteration cause I was procrastinating configuring it. Now my rebuilds are, like, 10s as they should be
Learning time! Building everything in docker but struggle with long builds?
Actually, there is not only layer caching mechanism, but also granular folder caching algo with build kit!
Add "cache" mount type for docker and voila, incremental builds!
Finally, after around 1 year and three months of work, we are proud to present to you the new DNS in the Hetzner world. Technically it is fully integrated into the Hetzner Console & Hetzner API, as well as all official integrations 😍, and ye,s there will be more in the future.
I guess we can't just escape Chrome now? I can't really resort back to Safari because I also would love to have some Windows support. At this moment I just don't see something besides Firefox that can work out 😑
Well, this image hinting you that I'm still using Arc daily despite my rant about it...
Why? I actually tried a decent chunk of other browsers! And they all just... worse 🫠 Let's do another rant, now about why "browsers are shit"
I value design and consistency a lot in things I use daily. So as a first candidate I tried copy-paste option of Arc: @zenbrowser
I installed it, typed ⌘T as usual and that's what I see. What's wrong with that? Elements are utterly misaligned and every shade of grey is so different from the others. The separator is too visible,
The next one is @brave. I actually shared it here. It's just slow. Every time I tried to open it was laggy (I tried to use it for two days) https://t.co/glkNt8zaSR
Browser search is not going well. So I tried @brave but feels really laggy. It feels like it's implemented via Electron. And the UX is just not there. Why can't I drag a window to the side to open it via split tabs 🫠
