@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT We did. We were told no alternative transport was available. Therefore an £80 to a lovely taxi driver was the only option. Am I able to claim that back?

@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT This was the state of your alternative transport last night....... It left over 50 people on the Haymarket platform with no one from ScotRail around to offer support. Most of them young people.

What I don’t understand, is how you could leave vulnerable and tired travellers stranded overnight with no support?

@ScotRail have there been additional carriages or trains been added to the lower level run between Glasgow and Edinburgh this morning? This was last train last night from Edinburgh and it left over 30 people stranded on the platform.
