@IPSYCare I’m so disappointed in Ipsy. This is an absolute scam. I loved this and promoted it until every time I ordered add-ons, my order never came. I was just “sent” a replacement bag but as DHL told me, it’s never actually been received by DHL. Again. Sigh. Do better.
