@Shane0196479@YaBoyJericho The idea that Stout is some far advanced coach in developmental areas is kind of wild. Outside of Mailata-who is an absolute physical specimen, and Lane(top 5 pick), he basically worked with nothing but experienced/polished guys that didnโt exceeed expectation.
@RealSlickNickk@mingramjr@nfldraftscout 2027 pre June-1 cap hit would be 67 mil, 2028 pre June-1 would be 24 mil. Absolutely possible to eat either of those amounts if they wanted to when the 2029 cap is going to boom with new tv contracts.
If they were to pursue an extension, his cap hit will still be low.
I think it will be the opposite for 2 big reasons
1. Drives per game is trending sharply downwards
- defensive schematic shifts are forcing offenses to put together longer drives
- the NFL averaged fewer drives per game in 2025 than any other this century. Over a full drive per game less this year than 2 years ago
2. Kickoff and K-Ball rule changes bringing teams closer to scoring position
- a solid kick return puts teams a first down away from scoring after a made FG
Combine those 2 and you risk being on the wrong side of variance with a conservative approach - especially the closer you get to the goal line
@EmmanuelAcho@lord_brunson Worth noting that Daboll declined to interview with Philly before they hired Sirianni. Wanted no part of working with Howie Roseman. Weird how people forget these things so quickly

@jzell85@Morr6565@EliotShorrParks The run defense hasnโt been up to par the past two weeks.. out right bad from the start in both games. It is definitely compounded by the snap count/three and outs though.
