I absolutely—to my very core—loathe, detest, and despise AI in the arts. The idea of a book of poetry “written” by AI is an abomination. It is an affront to our ancestors and a plague upon our successors. It is nothing more than factory farming and it should end before it grows.

I got a press release today about a new book coming out from Hachette by an AI poet—as in the whole book is written by an AI. Wonderful time to announce when actors/writers are striking partly because producers think they can replace creatives with AI.
