Schmetzer giving up update on Frei’s worrying head and neck injury: “He got hit pretty hard. We’re in the early stages of that evaluation … He’s going to the hospital but he is fine. He was alert when he was being loaded onto the ambulance”

Update on Frei’s head injury (1): Schmetzer said Frei was coherent and active when being transferred into the ambulance, he was moving his fingers and arms showing there is no paralysis. In the sense, Schmetzer said “he’s fine”

(3): An emotional Schmetzer thanked Coach Wilfred Nancy for stepping in to the referee to end the game. Initially the referee was not going to end the game and had to give the corner, but after both coaches spoke to the referee, he was able to end the game.
