I won't need them. I have a highly trained digestive system. It will make quick easy work of those ingredients. Paul seems to be on the JV squad of gut fitness. I am a full blown big league digester. Probably will end up in the digesting hall of fame one day.
#Steelers WR DK Metcalf didn’t seem too bothered by his full name when I talked to him about the backstory of his nickname last month.
"Anybody that knows me truly, they call me DeKaylin or Kaylin. Anybody else, they just call me DK."
He added that he was always annoyed that people didn’t refer to him by his name, but rather as his father’s son.
“People always used to call me, ‘Oh, you’re Terrence’s son. Or Big Cat’s son, or Metcalf’s son, and (I thought), ‘Nah, I got a fuckin’ name. My name is DeKaylin Metcalf.'”

Philip Rivers went from retirement to battling one of the best teams in the league on the road to the very end 👏

From first strides to finish lines, the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon was more than a race — it was a movement.
In every step, we witnessed stories of resilience, purpose, and community. Some ran to chase personal bests. Others ran to honor loved ones. And many came simply to celebrate the spirit of togetherness that defines Toronto.
As title sponsor, we’re proud to stand with an event that brings innovation to the streets of Toronto, unites people through sport and technology, and showcases the power of collective momentum inspired by runners, volunteers, and spectators.
When a city like Toronto runs together, we don’t just cross finish lines, we move the world forward.
