@IrishRail Absolutely unacceptable. My train from Houston to Newbridge was delayed 30 minutes because two drunk passengers blocked the doors and your security just stood there, saying they “called Gardaí.” Baseline safety is their job. Useless security guards.

@RailwaySeva You don’t need my details or PNR. It’s a standard duty of a TTE to ensure everyone onboard has a valid ticket and ID. The TC visited my compartment but didn’t even check the tickets of my fellow passengers. When he asked for ID, people said, “Bad me dete hai.” TC left. 😂😂
