despite correct details. No parcel return, no update, just repeated excuses. If it’s the parcel is not returned ASAP, the full insured amount of which the parcel was should be settled by (2/3)

Now TODAY the delivery boy asked me to pick up the parcel from their office or shop. Is it the policy that we have to pick up the items from their office, or mark as delivered 9 days prior to actual delivery, he told forcefully if I dont receive the item them he will return it?
