Some of the opportunities that changes "YOU" starts with a very uncomfortable βYESβ
You don't always feel ready before an opportunity comes.
Sometimes you say yes, then learn, figure things out, and realise you were more capable than you thought.
There's a difference.
Your health routine doesn't have to look aesthetic.
Sometimes wellness is literally:
βI ate breakfast and remembered to drink water today.β
Good morning
Do you ever wash the top of your canned drink before drinking?
I didn't until I saw a lab test online: uncleaned cans grew way more bacteria than cleaned ones. So please rinse at home, or wipe when outside, before you drink.

You don't have to completely change your life overnight.
Start with one habit you can actually maintain.
Small and consistent beats dramatic and temporary.
Your urine doesn't need to be completely clear for you to be hydrated.
Pale yellow is generally fine.
So please, stop forcing yourself to drink water until you're basically peeing water. π
This is something Iβm learning early in my journey.
Medicine is bigger than the four walls of a hospital, and I think we should start exploring those possibilities while weβre still students
Medical students, don't let medical school make you think the goal is just to graduate, do house job and earn a salary.
Medicine in Nigeria is MUCH bigger than that.
Hospitals. Diagnostics. Pharma. Health tech. Research. Financing.
The opportunities are enormous.
