Week 7 – LAUNCHED 🚀
Plado is LIVE!
✅ Schedule playdates
✅ Build private trusted circles
✅ Sync calendars
✅ Manage profiles for each child
✅ Message without sharing numbers
Built entirely in Lovable with zero engineering hours!

Week 6 – Launch Preparation 🚦
This was about stress-testing the experience end-to-end.
I created demo flows, added onboarding tips, and prepped assets for launch.
Lovable made handoff to testers so easy, it felt like cheating.

Week 5 – Final Polishing ✨
I fine-tuned everything:
🧠 Empty states
📅 Smart calendar UX
🔔 Notification flows
🧩 Added features like interest-based suggestions & private messaging.

Week 4 – Marketing Prep 📣
I crafted Plado’s positioning:
“Your child’s social life, organized.”

Focused on safety, simplicity, and trusted networking.
Also started teasing on socials and gathering early waitlist signups.

Week 3 – Testing & Iteration 🔁
I ran real user tests with parents to refine:
✅ Trusted circles
✅ Playdate scheduling
✅ Multi-child management
Their feedback led to major UI simplifications and new features like availability sharing.

Week 2 – Design & Development 🎨👨‍💻
I dove into Lovable with no prior design background — and it clicked.
The helpful community and lovable prompts helped me bring my vision to life without writing a single line of code.
