Still shipping updates on NimQuest for @nimiq

We’ve got a lot planned for September.

Today’s focus was making the quiz system harder to game.

We noticed the correct answer positions across the quest catalog were becoming too predictable, so we hardened the system.

What changed:

-Correct answers are now distributed across different option positions.

-Answer indexes are safely remapped on the backend.

-Public quest APIs no longer expose pre-grade explanations that could leak answers.

-Added regression tests to make sure this doesn’t return.

Everything was built and tested on our September development branch first, verified, then promoted to main.

Small update, but an important one for keeping quests fair.
