@HMRCcustomers If the sole owner of a property wishes to transfer half of the equity to a partner (co-habiting at that property), will Capital Gains Tax be payable. HMRC guidance refers to married couples but not co-habiting partners. Thank you

@HMRCcustomers would a Father be entitled to full PRR if he gifts his property to his daughter? The property has been his main residence throughout the period of ownership until his admission to a care home last year
@HMRCcustomers Apologies, I see it does refer to gifts but only to charity or a spouse. I'm trying to find out the rules regarding gifting to other family members.
