Exams have been fetishized by UGC, BJP. They arent worried a/ degree being devalued by sham open book exam proposed by Delhi Univ but think evaluating students on past performance will reduce academic credibility. Completely farcical, students are right to #SayNoToUGCGuidelines

6) work will have no sympathy for 6th sem students passing out in2021
Still 6th sem students can get promotion w/o exam but 8th sem can not ...

When the world is under pandemic condition the real effected 8th sem students can not show their face to world inspite of
1) their avg of three sem will be 99 % accurate based on avg of 75% + 15% 8nternal marks (1/3)

2) avg of 6th sem will be only 40%accurate based on 25%+ 15% internal
marks
3) 8th sem need to save thier one year
4) 6th sem can even give exams in Nov and then again in Feb for 7th
5) work will have sympathy for 8th sem under pandemic students (2/3)
