@anupam_17 @gharkekalesh The dog didn't start barking without reason. The dog was quiet and mining its own business. If you behave like that in front of a guard dog what will it do? Dog sensed a threat from the man. And the owner held on to the leash and dog was muzzled so clearly the man is at fault.

@anupam_17 @gharkekalesh There is no negligence. As per law the dog should be leashed and muzzled. The leash is not loose when the dog pulled. There is no mistake from the owner.
