Suresh Sambandam—the sole tech expert involved in the DMK manifesto process, headed by DMK MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi—built the app used by the party to help formulate its manifesto. He is the founder and CEO of Kissflow, which developed the app.

“There were 86,000 requests submitted by the public on the app. Our AI platform helped prevent duplicates by merging similar types of requests. This is probably the first time in the world that AI has been used in this manner,” said @sureshsambandam while speaking to @anaghakesav.
