It does because gangs run neighborhoods and whether you know it or not they control cps high schools as well in terms of making sure that there gang is the prodominant one at that school. Shit the security guards for all the schools I went to were all gang members. It’s just how Chicago is. Same goes with CPD lol, most of them use to bang and or are affiliated. S/o to the Chi , I love my city
